Services
We provide process consulting sessions, digital products, and subscription access. We may update or discontinue offerings at our discretion.
Bookings, Attendance, and Deliverables
- Bookings are confirmed upon payment where required.
- Client must attend on time and provide needed information.
- Deliverables for digital products or session follow-ups are delivered electronically to the email on file.
Payments and Cancellations
- All prices are listed in USD unless noted otherwise.
- Payments are processed through third-party providers. You authorize us to charge your selected method.
- Cancellations must follow the policy shown at checkout or in your booking confirmation. Missed sessions may be forfeited.
Digital Products
Digital products are for your personal or internal business use. Redistribution or resale is not allowed unless we provide written permission.
Intellectual Property
Site content, templates, and materials we create remain our intellectual property unless a separate written license states otherwise. We grant you a limited, non-transferable license to use purchased deliverables for your internal operations.
