Refund and Return Policy
North of Now Consulting provides digital products, consulting sessions, and memberships delivered electronically. We do not sell physical goods at this time.
Digital products
All digital products and files are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivery is made, except where required by law.
Consulting sessions
- Paid sessions can be rescheduled according to the policy shown at booking.
- Missed or late arrivals may be forfeited. Refunds are not issued for missed sessions.
Order issues
If you experience trouble accessing a file or believe you received an incorrect deliverable, contact info@north-ofnow.com within 7 days for assistance.
Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve any issue quickly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of access.
